​As a pet lover myself, I understand that pets are family! My approach to photography is different than most. As the premier pet photographer in Memphis, I specialize in bringing out the unique personalities of each animal through my lens. Through my years of experience, I have focused on animals and animal body language. Unlike family photographers who may only spend a few minutes photographing your pet, I understand pets require more time and attention. I focus solely on the pets and take time to build a rapport with them. Whether it's a playful pup or a regal cat, I work closely with you to achieve the perfect shot that reflects your pet's individuality. The person behind the camera
I am Sandra Ferguson - your specialized Pet Photographer in Memphis, Tennessee. It is incredible where passion can take you in life. For me, it led me to my dream job of becoming a Pet Photographer.

I have been taking photos all my life. But with encouragement from my husband in 2002, I started focusing on animal photography. In 2012, I started my photography business. I have never looked back.

I am not only a photographer, I am a Dog-Mom. The chocolate goldendoodle in this photograph is Ziggy 2010-2022. Their time on this earth is NOT long enough. Ziggy was a huge motivator in my photography career. He was my Executive Model & Dog of a Lifetime. (My forever heart dog) He taught me how to have patience with animals in photography.

I now have two young Goldendoodles, Lexi & Amos. Hyper, excited, sweet, fun loving doodles. They are following in Ziggy's paw print and becoming models for me. But first and foremost, we have some woofing fun! They are keeping me active and young in my old age.
I could fill you in on my achievements, awards, or camera equipment that I use. But all that really doesn't matter. What matters when you are looking for a pet photographer? Heart and patience. You want to know that your photographer loves ALL animals (not just one breed, all breeds and all mixes). You want to know that your photographer knows and understands animal body language and personalities. You want to know your photographer knows when to click the shutter. That is where my passion meets - animals and photography.
